Refund Timeline:

If any order is cancelled, the payment against such order shall be refunded within 10 to 15 working days, but it may take longer time in exceptional cases. Provided that received cash back amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount.

2. If you get any adulterated goods unknowingly, contact with our hotline first, we will change it or return your money back.

 

3. If you purchase any goods containing any ingredient which is extremely injurious to human health and the mixing of which with any food item is prohibited under any Act or rules, inform us immediately, we will take necessary steps to remove it.

 

4. We have no intention to do false advertisement for the purpose of selling. But if you think you are deceived by untrue or false advertisement for the purpose of selling any goods, then please contact with our hotline first, we will solve the problem.

 

5. If we do not sell or deliver properly any goods without valid reason (manufacturing fault, damaged product, stock out) we promised to sell or deliver in consideration of money, contact with our hotline, we will take necessary action.

 

"6. If you get delivery less quantity of goods than the weight offered to the consumers while delivering or selling any goods, Please contact with our hotline, you will get solution.

 

7. If products show more than the actual weight by the weight stone or any other weight measuring instrument unknowingly used for measuring weight in selling or delivering goods in a commercial enterprise, contact with our hotline, Necessary steps will be taken.

 

8. If you get delivery less quantity of goods unknowingly than the promised amount while delivering or selling any goods, Please contact with our hotline, you will get the actual amount product.

 

9. If products show more than the actual length by the length measuring gauge or anything else used for measuring length in selling or delivering goods in a commercial enterprise, Please contact with our hotline, we will solve the problem.

 

10. If you think you have got any fake products, please contact with our hotline.

 

11. If you get products unknowingly the date of which has expired, please contact with us first. It is not happened intentionally. Problem will be solved with the highest importance.

  

 

We are human, any problem can be happened without our knowing.

Delivery charges:

Home delivery within Dhaka Metro Tk 200.00

Delivery is provided through other courier/logistics services outside Dhaka and this charge may range from Tk 150 to Tk 450 as per the rules of the courier/logistics service, but the delivery charge may be less or more depending on the product during any offer.

[3] Products Dropping/Picking Policy:

We don’t drop or pick any product to customer doorstep. According to [1] & [2] rules we deliver products only in front of customer house where our vehicle can go easily. We prefer minimum 12 feet bitumen concrete road.

 

Delivery Time & Duration

For regular items our deliver time 1 to 7 working days & for furniture & electronics items delivery time 1 to 15 working days. If any natural disaster or accident happen product delivery time might be varied.

 

 

Multiple Delivery Attempts

Our delivery man will make 3 attempts to deliver your items without extra charges. Typically, the next delivery will take place the next day! Please ensure that your phone number and address are updated. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be cancelled and you will need to place a new order. If you have pre-paid order, you will receive refund.

A - Currently we process one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship to different addresses, you may place separate orders and make payments for them separately.
